Naked Warrior Yoga Release of Liability

In exchange for participation in the activity of the yoga/tantra/meditation/massage et al class(es) being offered by Naked Warrior Yoga, I release liability and agree to the following:

 

I agree that there are certain risks involved with physical activity of this nature and I accept full responsibility for personal injury, and further discharge Naked Warrior Yoga for any loss, injury, or damage arising from my use or presence at any designated location chosen for the above activity, or at my home, whether caused by myself, Naked Warrior Yoga, or another third party (consult your physician before beginning any physical activity for the first time).

I understand that this is a private, members-only group for like-minded adult (18+) male-identifying people to participate in consensual activities while naked.

I agree that I am under no pressure to participate in any activity or exercise. I agree to observe and respect all boundaries set forth by the instructor, other students, and any representative of Naked Warrior Yoga. Consent and respect will be observed at all times.

 

I agree to indemnify and defend Naked Warrior Yoga against all claims, causes of action, damages, injuries, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other legal expenses that arise from my use or practice during activities with Naked Warrior Yoga.

 

I agree to pay all damages to Naked Warrior Yoga for damages caused by me through negligent, reckless, or willful behavior.

 

I agree to abide by the above terms for the entirety of my membership of Naked Warrior Yoga. I understand that I cannot participate in any event provided by Naked Warrior Yoga without being an approved member of the private club.
